This week I interviewed Lisa Chambers, the Special Education teacher.
Q: Who was the first class you taught?
A: The first class I taught was Special Education.
Q: What classes did you take in college?
A: Science and literature were the classes I took in college.
Q: Where did you go to college?
A: I went to Morgan Community and Adams State University.
Q: Why did you want to become a teacher?
A: I enjoy being around kids.
Q: When did you become a teacher?
A: May of 2011 was when I became a teacher.
Q: How many kids were in your high school class?
A: 26 kids were in my class.
Q: Before you wanted to become a teacher what did you want to do?
A: I wanted to become a Music artist.
Q: What’s your favorite part about being a teacher?
A: The kids and to see accomplishment in their eyes.
Q: What was one of your college courses that you loved?
A: Children’s Literature.
Q: Do you love working with kids and your own kids?
A: Yes, I love working with kid and my own kids.
